An authorised vehicle dealer and service provider

A partner is registered once — the register propagates them into all the customer’s systems via a shared matching key and lets those systems connect. Data is filled from public registers (Finstat SK/CZ, VIES) with alerts on risky partners.

Challenge

The customer used several software systems and a business partner was recorded separately in each — duplicate work, inconsistent data, and no way to connect the systems.

Solution

Our team built a central register of business partners: a partner is recorded once and, via a shared matching key, propagates into all the customer’s systems, so integrations work over a shared partner list. Data is filled and verified from public registers.

Results:

• One partner entry → propagates into all the customer’s systems (a shared matching key)
• Automatic creation and update of a partner card from Finstat (SK and CZ) including financial indicators
• VAT-ID verification via the EU VIES register; alerts on defaulters, seizures and commercial-register changes
• Duplicate checking; the register holds hundreds of partners and is still in use

Clean, verified master data

A user enters a name or company ID and the system pulls complete data from public registers — including alerts on risky partners (defaulters, seizures). Duplicate checking and validation keep the list clean for both SK and CZ entities.
