A municipality in Slovakia (a test site)

During nationwide COVID testing: online booking for an exact time slot, on-site registration and automated SMS including result delivery. Also used in a neighbouring municipality.

Challenge

During nationwide COVID testing, test sites meant long queues and paper records. Municipalities needed to manage capacity quickly and deliver results remotely.

Solution

Our team delivered a booking-and-records system: a citizen booked an exact time slot online, the test-site staff managed registrations and results, and the system sent SMS automatically including delivery of the test result. About two days passed from the municipality’s first contact to the first bookings.

Results:
